PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems with a device for converting water power into rotational movement in a conventional small-sized hydroelectric generator, wherein a spiral blade is mounted to a cylindrical shaft and a pitch of the blade and an angle of the blade cannot give full play to its ability due to an angle to a center of a cylindrical body. PSOLUTION: The small-sized generator has a structure of two blades made by twisting an oblong plate and receiving water power by the whole of the blades. The pitch of the blades is made to be 1.3-2.1 times of an inner diameter of a cylindrical body, so that an angle of the blades becomes 30-50 in regard to the center of the cylindrical body. Therefore, force pressing down the blade with the water power on the upper surfaces of the blades, and force pushing up with the water power on the back and lower blades on the opposite side simultaneously work as rotating force on both surfaces, thereby further increasing the rotating force and improving efficiency.
