The similarity evaluator calculates similarity between the classification target and each of the plurality of feature information items. The distribution coefficient calculator calculates a distribution coefficient on the basis of a distribution state of the plurality of similarities. The integration processor uses the distribution coefficient to integrate the plurality of similarities for each ship grade. The display displays a ship grade with the high integrated similarity among the plurality of ship grades on the basis of an integration result.
