PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and effectively generate a quality report of a software product.;SOLUTION: A computer 100 executes the processes: to extract information on an alteration content of a prescribed program from a first table and specify a value representing a level of influence by referring a third table; to extracts information on a defective content of the prescribed program from a second table and specify the value representing the level of influence by referring a fourth table; to combine the respective values of the level of influence of the alteration content and the defective content specified in relation to the prescribed program; to determine, depending on the magnitude of the combined value, a monitoring level of the prescribed program in terms of ensuring required quality of an internal control management: and to generate a quality report by configuring a determination result of the monitoring level together with the information on the prescribed program for a format of a quality report read from a storage section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
