PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing and wording examination device etc. capable of coping with a problem arising by quoting other laws and established regulations in an writing and wording examination of a text prepared on a law or an established regulation. PSOLUTION: When an established regulation text prepared by a user is received from a user terminal, it is collated with a morphological analysis dictionary to create a sentence with spaces left between words which decomposes the text into morphemes. Each word which composes the sentence with spaces left between words is collated with a writing and wording dictionary to create a warning message on the word corresponding to error notation. Even the words that can analyze a law name and a regulation name according to part of speech are registered as one morpheme in the morphological analysis dictionary. These are thereby further decomposed into morphemes to avoid being determined in part as error notation. As to the law name and the established regulation name registered in the morphological analysis dictionary, the difference from a law database or the like storing latest information are automatically updated.
