PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a habitual person who frequently brings medals of a different shop by suppressing the increase of a cost.SOLUTION: When a prescribed number or more of medals of a different shop are included in the medals to be counted, a medal counting machine 100 obtains an image of a face of a counting person by a camera to transmit the image to a hall computer 300 and check whether or not the counting person counts the medals of the different shop in the past. When the counting person is the habitual person who counts the medals of the different shop, a receipt issuing machine 200 issues a special receipt different from an ordinary receipt. When the medal counting machine 100 counts the prescribed number or more of the medals of the different shop, the hall computer 300 stores the image of the face of the counting person and decides whether or not the same person counts the medals of the different shop in the past.
