PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to notice an incoming call that has not been indicated to the user due to difference in modes, so that the user can easily respond to the incoming call, which has not been answered.;SOLUTION: A portable telephone device 10 can be set to a business mode and a private mode, and executes informing processing when an event such as an incoming call occurs. In a case where an incoming call is received from a person corresponding to address data dedicated to the private mode while the device 10 is in the business mode, notification processing, such as output of incoming sound, is limited. Accordingly, when an event with limited notification occurs, a processor 24 records the time of the event occurrence, its function and content as unrecognized information in a RAM 34. A change from the business mode to the private mode causes the processor 24 to display the unrecognized information recorded in the RAM 34 on a display 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
