PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that, when monitoring ongoing collapse and landslide, a person is required to enter the site to install an observation point, and the work involves a high risk of collapse and rock fall; in a digital camera measurement, no actual distance survey is performed to cause a significant error and it takes a time for an analysis; and, in a laser measurement, it takes a long time to observe and analyse an entire object slope face and it is hard to issue an alarm.SOLUTION: Deformation is monitored by using boulder stones and collapsed surfaces as targets in a collapsed land and landslide ground without artificially installing targets so as to secure the safety of work, and observation object scan ranges are set for every observation object so as to automatically monitor multiple points in a short time. Displacement of the observation object is specifically defined as an observation ground so that the amount of analysis data is reduced, thus allowing a real-time alarm transmission and analysis.
