PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform useful optical communication when a user pays attention to another person or object and to create various communication opportunities and information provision services.;SOLUTION: The light emitting part of an optical transmission means outputs light to the line-of-sight direction of the user, and the light receiving part of an optical reception means receives the light arriving from the line-of-sight direction of the user. Thus, when the lines of sight of the users wearing the optical communication equipment meet, the optical communication is performed between the optical communication equipment of each other and various kinds of provision data are transmitted and received to/from each other. Specially, on condition that they belong to the same group, such optical communication is executed.
