PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable mortgage evaluation to be performed with more adequacy while sufficiently taking into account mortgage value or risk of a personal property in accordance with a financing target enterprise.;SOLUTION: A personal property mortgage evaluation apparatus includes: a forwarding prediction section 2 which uses forwarding result data relating to one or more personal properties as mortgage targets to predict the number of forwarding in future for each of one or more personal properties; a mortgage eligibility determination section 3 which excludes a personal property for which the number of forwarding in future may become equal to or lower than a predetermined number in the expiry of a financing term from a mortgage evaluation target; and a mortgage evaluation section for calculating mortgage value by multiplying the personal property remained as mortgage-eligible by the number of stock, a unit price and weight. The presence of the risk where the personal property value may be considerably reduced in the expiry of the financing term to disable cashing is predicted from the forwarding result of the financing target enterprise and excluded from the mortgage evaluation, thereby enabling mortgage evaluation to be performed with more adequacy while sufficiently taking into account the value or risk of the personal property mortgage in accordance with the actual condition of the relevant enterprise.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
