PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a betting ticket sale agent device to effectively get a risk associated with purchasing a betting ticket through to a user when the user is purchasing the betting ticket of a publicly owned competition.;SOLUTION: The present invention performs to: sequentially receive odds information on a race from a sponsor server 20 of a publicly owned competition (S2); store race outcome information showing an outcome of a previous race as well as finally confirmed odds (S3); select a racing body having the odds less than a first prescribed ratio from the racing bodies participating in a specific race based on the received odds information (S26); determine whether or not a prediction of the outcome of the specific race is difficult based on a number of previous race where the selected racing body finishes in a prescribed place with the odds less than a second prescribed ratio (S28 to S32); when determining that the prediction of the outcome is difficult in response to a request from a terminal device 30 accessing through a network 3, transmits a screen data, which displays a race information table 50 together with an outcome prediction difficulty display 60 indicating that the prediction of the specific race is difficult, to the terminal device (S37).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
