PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a retainer for a high-load capacity-type needle roller bearing without a column portion on the pitch circle of roller arrangement by integrally molding a resin.;SOLUTION: The retainer 11 is constructed of separated members 11a and 11b which are axially separated into two members. A resin-molding mold thereby can axially be withdrawn. The two separated members 11a and 11b each have circular ring portions 12 opposite to each other. There are provided in the circular ring portions 12 with column portions 13 which are positioned between rollers laid in the roller arrangement on an outer circle than the pitch circle of the roller arrangement and are respectively directed to the other one of the separated members 11a and 11b.
