PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which is formed of a protective structure for covering the outer surface of a helmet and the helmet and can be used to perform a work without damaging a wall portion and the like.;SOLUTION: There are provided the protective structure for covering the outer surface of the helmet, formed by thermally fusing a skin layer having a sea-island structure containing polypropylene in polyethylene to a substrate layer comprising a crosslinked polypropylene resin foam and a crosslinked polyethylene resin foam; the structure wherein the protective structure for covering the outer surface of the helmet, in which an under layer comprising two-liquid curing type polyurethane and a polyisocyanate as a curing agent is formed on the surface of the skin layer, and a polyurethanesiloxane top coat layer is formed on the surface of the under layer, and the helmet are arranged at a constant distance; the structure is used to sense contact with a wall surface and weaken a force added to the wall surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
