PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately predict how present examination values may change in future by considering physiological characteristics from both group and individual aspects.SOLUTION: The examination value distribution of examination items in predetermined record groups within a health check database having data amount statistically processible for each of medical examination items is divided into a predetermined number of levels in such a manner that a ratio of the number of examination values included in the same level becomes identical between the examination items. At the same time, a boundary examination value giving a boundary of levels is determined, respectively. Then, the examination value distribution of examination items of each age division constituted by causing each record group having time-sequential data of the same examinee within the health check database to belong to the age division corresponding to the age when examined of the record is divided using the boundary examination values, thereby calculating the probability of transition of the examination value to a target level when the examination value corresponding to any arbitrary age division/examination item/level is given, on the basis of the number of examination values and the number of examination values transferred from the age division/examination item/level.
