PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operational accident such as electrification by making workers clearly recognize their working portion (blackout portion) and notifying the workers not to approach a charging portion, putting each different identifying mark to an operation portion in a high voltage power transmission line or an operation portion of transformation device in a power generation/transformation station, while making the workers wear clothes identical to each different identification mark.;SOLUTION: When performing a work at a high voltage power transmission line 2, different colors are to be applied to a plurality of operation portions (insulators 3). Each worker M prepares gloves 4 and the like in the same color to each aforementioned color. When performing an inspection work or a maintenance work, workers M wear the gloves 4 which have the same color as the one applied to the operation portions (insulators 3) where the electricity became off, thus the workers M can easily identify a blackout portion and a charging portion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
