PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative and qualitative device, a quantitative and qualitative kit and a quantitative method for easily and simply carrying out a quantitative or qualitative analysis simultaneously on soybean isoflavonoid and equol.;SOLUTION: The quantitative and qualitative device for soybean isoflavonoid equol includes: a sample introducing zone 10 for introducing a liquid sample containing a specimen, a soybean isoflavonoid labeled conjugate d1 and an equol labeled conjugate d2 onto a substrate 40; a first reaction zone 20A carrying a soybean isoflavonoid-like substance e1 and an equol-like substance e2; and a second reaction zone 20B carrying a capturing substance g that couples with each of a soybean isoflavonoid conjugate f1, the soybean isoflavonoid labeled conjugate d1 that has not reacted with the soybean isoflavonoid-like substance e1 in the first reaction zone 20A, an equol conjugate f2, and the equol labeled conjugate d2 that has not reacted with the equol-like substance e2 in the first reaction zone 20A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
