PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to effectively and posteriorly use deliverables while suitably managing operation that the operator should perform and deliverables to be created.;SOLUTION: In a business and deliverable management system 1, an authentication server 10 acquires the business that the operator takes charge of from a personnel database after a terminal 100 is actuated by the operator, and sends personnel information representing the operator and business in operator's charge to a process server 20. The process server 20 acquires a ticket and a deliverable corresponding to the personnel information from an iteration list and a process template, and information representing the ticket and the deliverable is sent as ticket information to a ticket server 30 together with the personnel information to be stored in a ticket database and also to be transmitted to the terminal 100. A deliverable created by the operator is stored in a deliverable database after a deliverable server 40 adds ticket information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
