METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING NF1 SPECIFIC PROTEIN BY INTEGRATED PROTEOMICS, METHOD FOR INHIBITING NF1 SPECIFIC PROTEIN EXPRESSION, AND METHOD FOR USING NF1 SPECIFIC PROTEIN AS TUMOR MARKER AND THERAPEUTIC TARGET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying NF1 specific protein (TCTP: translationally controlled tumor protein) which is a group of molecules related to disease conditions associated with the NF1 (neurofibromatosis type 1) by using integrated proteomics, a method for inhibiting the NF1 specific protein expression by inhibiting the expression of the TCTP, and method for using the NF1 as a tumor aggravation marker for examining the aggravation of the tumor and as a therapeutic target.SOLUTION: The identification of the NF1 specific protein (TCTP) which is the group of molecules related to the disease conditions associated with the NF1, and the inhibition of NF1 expression by inhibiting the expression of the TCTP are provided by performing the proteome analysis and transcriptome analysis of proteins and mRNA extracted from a drug sensitive tissue and a drug insensitive tissue which are the neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) tissues, unifying the obtained data as the integrated proteome analysis data, performing GO analysis and also performing a network analysis. Further since the expression of the TCTP is renewed as accompanying with the aggravation of the tumor of the NF1, the TCTP can be used as an index marker or a therapeutic target.
