PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposited composite film, in which fine particulates can be efficiently arranged with a simple operation, a method for manufacturing the electrodeposited composite film, and a method for manufacturing a functional film.;SOLUTION: A monomer 3 for electrolytic polymerization, fine particulates 4, and an anionic surfactant 5 are mixed in a solvent 2. A fine particulate dispersion liquid 1 is prepared in which the fine particulates 4 are dispersed in the solvent 2 as charged fine particulates by the anionic surfactant 5, and electrolysis is conducted in the fine particulate dispersion liquid 1. Thereby, electrolytic polymerization of the monomer is generated on the surface of an anode 6 to develop an electropolymerization film 11, and migration electrodeposition of the fine particulates 4 simultaneously occurs. Thus, an electrodeposited composite film 10 is obtained, in which gaps between migration-electrodeposited fine particulates 4 are filled with the electropolymerization film 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
