PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an examinee having a bad result of a health checkup in the past to be examined medically preferentially.SOLUTION: Cancellation information of canceling a reservation, containing information on a date and time is received. When the cancellation information is received, from a cancellation waiting list database correspondingly recording therein a consultation number of a medical examinee on a cancellation waiting list, among consultation numbers uniquely identifying applications of examinations, and a consultation date of the medical examinee, on the basis of the information about the date and time, a plurality of consultation numbers of the medical examinees on the cancellation waiting list are acquired. From a determination result database recording therein determination values of a health level based on examination results in the past of the medical examinees on the cancellation waiting list, determination values in the past of the medical examinees relating to the plurality of acquired consultation numbers are acquired. On the basis of the acquired determination values, a priority order allocating a reservation frame to each of the plurality of acquired consultation numbers is determined.
