The device has an internal supply system diffusing high power music and video and accommodating a person in deployed phase to create animations. A hydraulic assisted system is deployed in different phases, and creates the animations with following events and requests. A safety system i.e. non-return valve, of the hydraulic system is arranged to avoid any movement along positions chosen at long duration. An arm is fixed at a rear tailgate (21), where a front part (28) of the device includes a pivot on another arm.
