The article (1) has a wrinkled part (15) provided with deformed zones in which a non-elastic material is extended by plastic deformation along respective extension directions. A non-deformed zone of the part is arranged next to the deformed zone along the corresponding extension direction. Each deformed zone has an initial width perpendicular to the corresponding extension direction equal to that of the corresponding non-deformed zone before extension. Each deformed zone has reduced width smaller than width of the corresponding non-deformed zone after extension. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating an article.
