Device for electrically characterizing and detecting electric failures of photovoltaic module in photovoltaic power station, has case integrating device to allow construction of characteristics curve of photovoltaic module
The device has a case connected on positive and negative outputs of a photovoltaic module (1). The case integrates the device to allow construction of a characteristics curve of the photovoltaic module. A half-bridge structure represented by two electronic switches is controlled by a microcontroller to charge or discharge an active load i.e. inductive load. The half-bridge structure measures the characteristic curve of the photovoltaic module. An external control unit is in communication with the measured data.
