Device for recovering fluid to improve efficiency of e.g. vertical axis wind mill utilized to produce electric energy, has extension extended from degrees of protective casing , where casing protects winding of hollow blades from fluid
The device has an extension extended from multiple degree of a protective casing (3) to make an angle of 180 degree, where the casing protects winding of hollow blades from fluid i.e. water. A vertical stabilizer (4) permits to refine positioning of the mobile casing in rotation in a moving fluid, and is slightly oblique or curved with respect to direction of the moving fluid. Correct operation of the device is assured when momentum generated by the moving fluid on the stabilizer compensates momentum on a part of the casing.
