The system (1) has an input terminal (3) connected with a telephone line (LT) for receiving a telephone signal. Output terminals (41, 42) comprise pairs of contactors, where each output terminal is connected with transmission cables (51, 52) with a pair of twisted wires connected to corresponding sockets (21, 22) of a building. A regulation unit (70) is arranged in a position at an interruption unit (62) during short-circuit between one of the pairs of contactors of one of the output terminals and another pair of contactors of the output terminal.
