The device (100) has a movable end displacement system comprising wheels (224, 226) between which an endless belt (104) is mounted, and defining linear paths between the wheels and two rounded paths around the wheels for the belt. A motor drives the wheels in rotation, and a stop (108) is connected to the belt. A compression stop (110) and a depression stop (112) are integrated to a movable end (220) of a variable volume reservoir i.e. sealing gusset (102), where the stop and the compression and depression stops are associated on the linear paths and disassociated on the rounded paths.
