The device has a tool holder sole plate (9) comprising a bolt (11) and another bolt for working a tool in an articulated parallelogram mode or pivot mode according to type of vine to process or execute a task. One of the bolts interlocks the sole plate to a frontal arm (2) of an articulated parallelogram to make the tool work in the parallelogram mode in which the tool is parallel to the tool during parallelogram rotation. The other bolt interlocks the soleplate to a lateral arm (3) of the parallelogram to make the tool work in the pivot mode in which the tool is rotated with the lateral arm.
