The piston (10) has a valve provided with a seat (22), and a sleeve (20) formed on the seat of the valve, where the sleeve is made of metal and formed on the piston. The transformation part comprises a radial opening in a form of groove, where the piston is provided with a high pressure sealing ring (16) or a housing valve (18). A hollow cylindrical body is provided with a circular wall. A helicoid spring is extended in a direction from a longitudinal axis (24) at an interior part of the housing valve. An independent claim is also included for a pump manufacturing method.
