The system (1) has a tympanotomy tube (200) mounted on an introducer (100) that is provided with a cutting point (121), where the introducer is provided with a bent shaped stem (110). An angle (gamma) formed between two stem parts (111, 112) of the introducer is between 120 and 150 degree. The introducer is made of plastic material, titanium, stainless steel, or a combination of plastic material, titanium and stainless steel. The tympanotomy tube is made of selected biocompatible material chosen from silicone, fluoroplastic, titanium, stainless steel and gold.
