The device has a mobile electronic observance and therapeutic safety and information assisting apparatus whose upper, lower and side faces are provided with a touch screen, a support and an ergonomic handle, respectively. The apparatus is programmed by a specific computer software. The touch screen allows a patient to read treatment managing information. The computer software permits creation of a simplified communication interface. A wireless electronic connection system enables sending and receiving of messages and medical information related to or not related to treatment of the patient.
