The method involves providing intake and exit openings (9) with Bis collectors (1), where the intake and exit openings are coupled with a thermal optimization unit for temperature modeling of an air/water coolant. A geothermic energy source is stored in a thermal buffer tank. Heat exchange process is performed on a surface of a housing. Air is circulated in the collectors that are immersed in a liquid fluid coolant, where the liquid fluid coolant is contained in an interior chamber of the tank. An independent claim is also included for a device for heating/cooling rooms of buildings.
