The subject of the present invention relates to a method of processing at least one multichannel signal (X) decomposed, over a plurality of time-frequency windows (P), into a plurality of multichannel signals (X j), said signal multichannels (X) resulting from a linear combination of at least one main signal (sp) from the measurement of data from a main data source (S) and at least one secondary signal (ss) from the measurement of data from a secondary data source (B) corresponding to at least one artifact, said method comprising at least one learning step (S0) comprising a comparative multicomponent analysis (CMA) including a comparison of an index, preferably representative of the power, of said signal (X) over two distinct time-frequency windows (P and P) so as to separate the components (w) of the main signal (sp) from the components of at least a part of the signal secondary (Ss).
