The method involves calculating inversion of matrix, and multiplying the inverse matrix with the sum of modeling and boundary matrices for obtaining values of physical/chemical quantity. The inversion of second matrix is calculated, where the second matrix is a sparse matrix. The product of modeling matrix and third matrix are added with the product of boundary matrix and third matrix, where the third matrix is defined analytically based on number of mesh points. The added matrices are multiplied with the inverse second matrix for obtaining values of physical or chemical quantity. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computing or electronic system for implementing a physical or chemical quantity simulating method (2) a method for designing an electronic calculation system.
