The method involves trimming a corrugated paper (20), and shaping the corrugated paper by stamping, where the corrugated paper comprises long-grain fibers whose size is greater than or equal to 2.5 mm. The paper is shaped by applying the paper on a matrix having a shape complementary to another matrix, heating the matrices, and stamping the paper by pressing the matrices one against the other. The matrices are heated to a temperature ranging between 70 degree Celsius and 200 degree Celsius.
