The method involves extracting a heat portion by a heat extraction device (9) co-operating with a condenser (3) to condense a refrigerant and chill the refrigerant at chilled liquid temperature. The refrigerant is released at low pressure and evaporated by absorption of the heat portion. The refrigerant is returned in a loop close towards a new compression step. Power provided by the device is controlled based on super cooling defined by difference between condensation temperature corresponding to condensation pressure and the chilled liquid temperature. An independent claim is also included for a refrigeration facility comprising a condenser.
