The invention relates to an air distributing and/or air mixing device having an air guiding housing (2) and having an adjustable flap (6; 106) which is arranged in the air supply housing (2) and which has pins (6a; 106a) which are guided in at least one cam track (8a; 108a), wherein the flap (6; 106) has, integrated in its main flap surface, at least one opening which can be closed off and opened in a regulable fashion by means of an auxiliary flap (6', 6''; 106', 106'') which is attached to the main flap surface and which is pivotable with respect to the latter.
