The marking device of molecules with radionuclides under sterile conditions, wherein the following components connected to one another are arranged in a housing, which in front of radiation which is emitted by the radionuclide is shielded with:at least one connection for at least a radionuclide source;at least one reactor for reaction of the molecule to be marked with the radionuclide; wherein, on the reactor at least two terminals are provided with a first connection by means of at least one valve for loading and by means of a further valve serves for emptying of the reactor and a second connection by means of at least one valve for venting and for the production of over - or negative pressure in the reactor serves;at least one conveying device for the radionuclide of the radionuclide source and the object to be labeled molecule;an output device for the with the radionuclide marked molecule; as well asat least a sterile vessel for receiving the labelled molecule - end product.
