The arrangement (3) has a headrest bracket (17) arranged at a backrest in a swivelable manner. A headrest bracket-swivelable device (35) comprises a connecting rod guiding device (46) and a drive device (36) that stands in effective connection with the connecting rod guiding device. A pivot point section of the headrest bracket is found in effective contact with a pre-determined connecting rod guiding path (77) of the connecting rod guiding device for conversion of rotary movement of the drive device into swivelable movement of the headrest bracket relative to the backrest. An independent claim is also included for a seat arrangement comprising a headrest.
