The mouthpiece is made of sintered ceramic material such as aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, silicon nitride and silicon carbide from a ceramic compound e.g. alumina toughened zirconia and/or zirconia toughened alumina. Sound modulated or coloring components are mixed to the ceramic material. An upper surface of the mouthpiece is polished to roughness average value of maximum 0.01 micrometers after sintering.
