The method involves utilizing Doppler formulas on based on relative position and speed of a space craft (RS) and relative position and speed of transmitting und receiving stations i.e. station of deep station network, in a geocentric coordinate system i.e. astronomical equator system (EQS). The stations are rotated around earth axles, and moved from the space craft in relation to an earth midpoint yield. An uplink signal and a downlink signal of the three-dimensional space of an isotropic microwave background radiation part are utilized according specific formulas.
