Method for adjusting output power of non-linear signal amplifier of transmitter in telecommunication system, involves adjusting power of amplifier during determination of level for compensating attenuation of signals and interference
The method involves determining an attenuation level of multi-carrier frequency-signals that are transmitted by a transmitter of a point-to-point-communication connection and received by a receiver of the communication connection. Output power of a non-linear signal amplifier of the transmitter is adjusted during the determination of the attenuation level for partially compensating the attenuation of the signals and intermodulation-interference. The attenuation level of the signals is determined by estimating channel-status of the signals.
