The hydraulic hammer has a shoot spacer (1) opened into a branch connecting piece (4), and a shock valve (11) and a non return valve (13) arranged on branch terminals (6, 12), respectively. The non return valve is opened in to a pressure reservoir (14), and an utilizable spacer (16) is attached on the pressure reservoir. The branch terminals divert at the branch connecting piece in under an angle relative to a main flow direction of the branch connecting piece in a flow direction, where the angle is lesser than equal to 90 degree.
