The construction system has a front end roller blind integrated in a mold or a dent, and a photovoltaic coating provided for energy generation or supply of a battery for low voltage motors, where a front end roller blind casing exhibits diameter of 120 mm and length of 210 m. A water drum is attached at eaves on a downpipe, and a pipeline for watering of a facade window head is integrated in the mold/dent. The roller blind is attached in weak points of a window, a door, a facade insulation and a glass block.
