Manufacturing method for gradient coil arrangement of MRI apparatus for diagnosing patient, involves supporting positioning of network on support plate at locations by network cores, where network cores rest against hole of support plate
The method involves introducing inserts i.e. voltage proof heat conductors, into holes in support plates (201-203) of a gradient coil arrangement using a network. Network cores support positioning of the network on a support plate at locations, where the network cores rest against a hole of the support plate. Distribution of the holes is determined in the support plate, where size and/or form of the holes is determined. The inserts are made of heat conducting material i.e. silicon. A complete body coil (2) is impregnated into the support network and the holes. An independent claim is also included for a gradient coil arrangement for a MRI apparatus, comprising a support plate.
