The method involves providing a fiber-reinforced plastic component (2) with a through hole (3) for receiving a connection bolt. Adhesive (6) is designed as single-component thermosetting adhesive system and applied on facing surfaces of the component or a metallic base component (1). The connection bolt is inserted into the through hole. The connection bolt is connected with the metallic base component by stud welding. The plastic component is connected with the base component. Insulators are arranged between the connection bolt and the through hole. An independent claim is also included for a hybrid device for a motor car.
