Method for influencing current consumption of power customer by e.g. power supplier in electric power network, involves switching auxiliary electric meter by electric meter that detects total current consumption of power customers
The method involves controlling current consumers of power customers by using a switch that is switched by a power supplier or network operator. The current consumption of steered power customers is detected by an auxiliary electric meter, which is switched normally by an electric meter that detects total current consumption of the power customers. A part of the current consumption of the power customers is controlled by the switch for the power customers per energy unit, where the switch and the auxiliary electric meter are integrated in an apparatus. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling current consumption of power customers by a power supplier or network operator.
