The elevator car has a platform with top surface and with bottom surface, walls, a roof, the operating devices, an inward hinged door towards the balcony for individual houses, two inward hinged doors towards the balcony for duplex houses, and a front wall opening, in which a window is incorporated. A casement of the individual house rises outwards. The roof of the elevator car is inclined, with an inclination, which is suitable to the roof inclination or which has different inclination for other reasons.
