The device (1) has a cover region (11) comprising multiple oppositely oriented tongues (19) that are formed as U-shape, V-shape, rectangular or trapezoidal shape, where a base (20) of the tongues is connected with a planar base body (17). A free standing end (25) of the tongues adjoins at slots, where the slots penetrate the base body and form continuous meander-shaped passage apertures (13). The passage apertures are formed parallel to each other, and the cover region is surrounded by side walls (3). A reinforcing rib is provided in the tongues.
