System for antireflection coating for plastic substrate, used in e.g. automotive industry, has high refractive index and low refractive index layers stacked on UV absorbing layer with absorptance edge having specific wavelength
The system has an UV absorbing layer (1) that is made of organic material and comprised with an absorptance edge having a wavelength of 350-420 nm. A high refractive index layer (5) and low refractive index layer (6) are sequentially stacked on the UV absorbing layer. A laminated structure (4) is formed comprising the UV absorbing layer and high and low refractive index layers. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing antireflection coating system.
