The device has an amplifier device (31) comprising amplifier stages (32), which comprise amplifier mediums (9) i.e. amplifier crystals, which amplifies an oscillator laser beam (8) in an optical excited condition. A deviating prism (12) and deflecting mirrors (13a, 13b) form optical amplifier optical paths (35a, 35b) in the amplifier stages for the beam that is emitted from a laser oscillator (6) so that passing of the beam into the stages is enabled to amplify the beam. The prism and mirrors are configured to couple the beam in the amplifier stages. The oscillator is formed by fiber lasers.
