The method involves providing transmission data file application instructions for plant protection measurement for prevention of an emerging damage by plant pests such as fungal infection. The data is calculated based on agro-meteorological observation data, and the application instructions are transmitted to a computer terminal of a farmer prior to an occurrence of possible damage to protect plant protection measures recommended for emerging threat of harm. The data is provided over Internet by a mobile data transmission via a cellular network e.g. universal serial bus.
